The Drunk Alpaca - "Hard" Chips

The Drunk Alpaca is a CT Craft Beer Infused Bake Shop started by two friends and co-workers- Stephania and Jessica. We have partnerships with over 2 dozen breweries to showcase their beer in our Snacks & Baked Goods. We also use local CT Honey in our Beer Glazed Chips.
We believe in small businesses helping and cheering each other on and have built on business on that core belief.
 
BBQ:
Kettle style potato chip glazed with a craft beer reduction, butter, a touch of honey and seasoned to perfection with our own BBQ seasoning blend.  We then bake the chip off a second time until crispy-crunchy golden brown. 
 
Rosemary:
Kettle style potato chip glazed with a craft beer reduction, butter, a touch of honey and seasoned to perfection with rosemary.  We then bake the chip off a second time until crispy-crunchy golden brown. 
 
Sea Salt:
Kettle style potato chip glazed with a craft beer reduction, butter, a touch of honey and seasoned to perfection with sea salt.  We then bake the chip off a second time until crispy-crunchy golden brown.
 
Sour Cream & Onion:
Kettle style potato chip glazed with a craft beer reduction, butter, a touch of honey and seasoned to perfection with our sour cream and onion blend.  We then bake the chip off a second time until crispy-crunchy golden brown.
