This is the story of the world’s smallest licorice factory and one man’s desire to make the whole world fall in love with liquorice.  Born into a family of entrepreneurial spirits, Johan Bülow always knew, that he wanted to create something special. He threw his passion and attention into licorice – a Scandinavian favorite that he felt was underappreciated and deserved to be taken seriously. He put in the hours and learned the craft the hard way, and by 2007 he was ready to cook, roll and cut his very first product.
 
Chocolate Coated Liquorice:
Johan decided that he wanted to explore the potential of gourmet licorice even further, and decided to coat his licorice in chocolate, which has long been a popular treat in Iceland.
In Denmark, people were at first sceptical about the idea, but soon the first chocolate-coated gourmet licorice, A - THE ORIGINAL, saw the light of day. A gluten-free sweet licorice core, coated in exclusive milk chocolate and rolled in fine licorice powder.
 
Frozen Mint - FROZEN will make sure that you get to enjoy a fresh and white winter. Treat yourself to sweet licorice and soft milk chocolate with a hint of mint. A crispy shell of white sparkling sugar will make you think of white, freshly fallen snow.
 
Peaches - The peach is known as the queen of fruits, and we understand why. PEACHES unites sweet notes from juicy peaches with a core of sweet licorice, all smothered in soft white chocolate and the sweetness is balanced with a hint of salmiak. A crispy sugar shell adds the final crunch.
 
Raspberry - Sweet licorice covered in white chocolate with flakes of fresh pink raspberries and a hint of strawberry - in a crispy red sugar shell - crunchy and sweet.
 
Salt & Caramel - We should warn you, it is almost impossible to resist this winning combination of salted caramel and sweet licorice. Lakrids D is a sweet liquorice covered in caramelized dulce chocolate – flavored with crunchy flakes of sea salt. Feisty and gentle at the same time. You simply can’t have just one.
 
Sour Strawberry - Imagine freshly picked green strawberries together with exquisite red licorice in a sweet, fruity bite.
