Born from an adventure of a lifetime. Raised in Austin. High Brew Coffee was discovered in 2012 while David and Elizabeth Smith spent 6 months navigating the High Seas, raising both their sails & their children. Nothing kept them more alert & energized than the natural, clean energy provided by cold-brewed coffee. When they returned home to Austin, they crafted their family of cold brews with Direct Trade coffee to fuel your journey! High Brew Coffee proudly sources our Direct Trade beans from Colombia, enabling us to purchase coffee from the highest quality sources, while supporting production at centrally located wet mills in the area. Our journey begins on farms in the Antioquia region of Colombia where farmers and their families pick our 100% Colombian coffee and sell it directly to High Brew through our Direct Trade partnership. Then, we at High Brew take those beans and put a beautiful dark roast on them. After the roast, we patiently brew them over time, not heat, before filling our cold brew into 100% recyclable aluminum cans for a finished product that's as adventure-ready as you are!
