Fluff Gourmet Fairy Floss is a woman owned and operated candy store in Mandeville Louisiana, just 30 miles outside of New Orleans. A childhood memory sprung to life with tasty artisan flavors and mix-ins freshly batched to order.
 
Stephanie Shank created Fluff on the premise of wanting to nurture her creative side and not go back to her desk job after having her son. She was told that selling cotton candy as a full time job was likely impossible which gave her even more fuel to bring the business to life. From the kitchen table to the grand opening of a full retail and wholesale location, Fluff has brought endless smiles and quality products to customers near and far.
