Browndog Creamery - Single Serving Ice Cream

A destination in Southeast Michigan, Browndog started as a micro-creamery specializing in small batch artisan ice cream. Opened in 2015, Browndog is the brainchild of Brian Scherle and Paul Gabriel.
Long-time food lovers and entrepreneurs, Brian and Paul sought to bring a new restaurant to Downtown Northville. While scouting for space, they discovered a place perfectly suited for an ice cream shop. A normal everyday ice cream shop wouldn't do and with that in mind, Browndog Creamery was born.
 
“Pints For Progress” is our initiative where we give back a portion of our sales to local animal rescues. The best part is: all you need to do to help is to keep buying pints like you always have!
We rotate rescues often so that we can support as many as possible.
 
They feature small batches with quality ingredients made in Oak Park, MI - Unique flavors you wont find anywhere else - Homemade Mix-Ins (many of them made from scratch) - Less air, 15% butterfat, and low over run for a creamier texture than most other "big brands".

Chocolate Hammer - Our original milk chocolate ice cream may have a bold name, but it's equally matched by a bold flavor that will hammer your tastebuds with every creamy and rich, yet decadently sweet bite.
 
Pooch Pop - Marketed for dogs, but appropriate for consumption by humans - The perfect treat for your pooch! Non-dairy almond milk ice cream with peanut butter.
